NicheBlast LLC (hereinafter referred to as "site") is committed to providing our members (hereinafter referred to as "users") with the highest amount of respect. The following terms are meant as a guideline for our membership terms, by accepting you realize these may change at anytime and are still bound by the new terms.
1. All personal information is stored securely on our server and is not given out to any 3rd parties except when required by law.
2. The payment structure is based on the percentage of articles you write as well as your tier.
3. Your tier is based upon many factors, but is most directly related to the number of articles you have written. The higher your tier, the higher percentage of profit you are paid.
4. All articles are reviewed for accuracy, plagiarism and grammar. Users remain anonymous to whoever reviews the articles. We reserve the right to reject any article for any reason.
5. All articles you write must be original works and cite references where applicable.
6. You may not use articles written for the site on any other website, including personal home pages and article directories.
7. You are not allowed to click on any advertisements found within websites owned or operated by site.
8. Writers are paid within 45 days of the month's end when writer's income exceeds $50.00.
9. We reserve the right to edit articles as necessary.
10. We reserve the right to withhold payment and cancel your membership without warning for violating any of the aforementioned terms.
All terms are subject to change and by signing up as a member you agree to abide by the terms and realize these terms may change at any time.
